New York City based photographer, Leo Jacob started stems from the hospitality industry which spawned his career as a portraiture photographer. Through the ashes of the pandemic, Leo was able to put out a book titled “New York is Dead? Long Live New York!” that focuses on the restaurant owners that kept the city alive amidst the worst of the shutdowns featuring their portraits and interviews with LJ. Beyond the book, Leo undertakes commercial, editorial commissioned projects. Most recently he has worked with Purple Fashion Magazine, Jacquemus, Birkenstock, D’Angelico, Dos Hombres and many more.
...and if photography weren’t enough, as of February 2023, Leo opened a bar in NYC called The Mulberry with his two partners, Phil Meynell & Justin Sievers.
